With 16+ years of experience in pelvic health therapy for women and pediatrics, Tiffany Surmik is dedicated to breaking down barriers in pelvic health education, advocacy, and support. As the founder of My Core Harmony, she works with women to overcome pelvic dysfunction, relieve pain, and gain confidence through education and personalized care.
Her mission? To dismantle stigma, open conversations, and equip women with the tools to take charge of their health.
