This May, we’re thrilled to celebrate someone who brings heart, warmth, and encouragement to everything she touches—Molly Usie, our Houma Chapter Woman of the Month.

If you’ve met Molly, you already know. She has a way of showing up that makes people feel seen, valued, and uplifted. Her presence fills a room without needing to say much—though when she does speak, it’s usually something thoughtful, funny, or kind.

Molly leads with compassion. She supports others without hesitation, shows up with joy, and reminds us what it looks like to live with purpose and love. Whether she’s sharing a smile or lending a listening ear, she creates space for others to feel safe, heard, and encouraged.
