1. Introduction

This Membership Agreement outlines the terms and conditions between EmpowerHER Life (“Company”) and the undersigned member (“Member”). By signing this agreement, the Member agrees to adhere to all terms and conditions as set forth in this document.

2. Membership Plans and Fees

The Member agrees to pay the fees associated with the Membership Plan selected at registration. Each plan includes a full 12-month subscription term, regardless of whether the Member elects monthly or annual billing. The applicable fees for the full annual term are outlined in the Membership Plan details provided at the time of enrollment.

3. Payment Terms

Membership fees are billed according to the Member’s selected billing frequency (monthly or annual). Monthly billing is simply a payment schedule and does not change the Member’s obligation to pay for the full 12-month subscription term. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of access; however, such actions do not release the Member from responsibility for the remaining fees owed for the annual term.

4. Renewal and Cancellation

Membership renews automatically at the end of each 12-month subscription term. To prevent renewal, the Member must provide written notice of cancellation at least 30 days prior to the renewal date. Cancellation requests submitted after this window will take effect at the end of the next annual term, and the Member will remain responsible for that term’s fees. Mid-term cancellations are not permitted, and the Member is obligated to fulfill all fees for the current 12-month subscription period.

5. Benefits and Services

The Member is entitled to all benefits and services as outlined in the Membership Plan. The Company reserves the right to modify, add, or remove membership benefits and services at its discretion.

6. Member Conduct

Members are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that reflects positively on EmpowerHER Life. Any conduct deemed harmful or inappropriate may result in suspension or termination of access to membership benefits. Such corrective actions do not modify or release the Member from their financial obligation for the current 12-month subscription term.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

The Member agrees that the Company is not liable for any personal or business losses or damages resulting from membership services or events. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of resources or networking opportunities provided.

8. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Company operates.

9. Entire Agreement

This document represents the entire agreement between the Member and the Company and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.

10. Consent to Use of Images and Recordings:

The Member hereby grants EmpowerHER Life the irrevocable right and permission to use photographs and/or video recordings taken of the Member at events, workshops, and in connection with any EmpowerHER Life activities, in publications, promotional flyers, educational materials, derivative works, or for any other similar purpose without compensation to the Member.

The Member understands and agrees that such photographs and/or video recordings of them may be placed on the Internet. The Member also understands and agrees that they may be identified by name and/or title in printed, Internet or broadcast information that might accompany the photographs and/or video recordings.

The Member waives the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein their likeness appears. Additionally, the Member waives any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the image or recording.

The Member hereby releases, discharges, and agrees to hold harmless EmpowerHER Life from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that they may hereafter have by reason of anything contained in the photographs or video recordings.

If the Member does not wish to be subject to the above conditions, they must notify EmpowerHER Life in writing at the time of their membership registration.

By checking the agreement box at checkout, the Member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement.
