Northshore Woman of the Month: Marci Clines
If you’ve met Marci Clines, you know she doesn’t just walk into a room—she fills it with purpose.
As the Community Engagement Manager at Xplore Federal Credit Union, Marci leads with heart, service, and a deep commitment to impact. She connects people with opportunities, resources, and each other—and does it with a rare mix of grace, grit, and joy.
Marci’s work in the community is expansive. She’s:
-
A member of the 2025 Leadership St. Tammany class
-
Chairwoman of the Sponsorship & Donations Committee for the Professional Women of St. Tammany
-
An active member of NetworkONE Mandeville, ABWA, EmpowerHER Life, and the Circle of Red – American Heart Association
-
A regular organizer of food drives, donation campaigns, and local impact events
She’s also a Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor (CCUFC), helping families—especially women—navigate financial decisions with confidence.
But Marci’s leadership doesn’t stop at the edge of her desk or the end of a workday.
She’s a devoted wife to her husband Charles, who works in the oil field, and a proud mom to five incredible children. Her oldest daughter Ariana is a sophomore at LSU, while Emori and Skyla—both juniors—shine on the track and softball field. Brielle, in fourth grade, is already making moves in both softball and volleyball. And Kyri, the youngest, is starting kindergarten and full of energy for all things outdoors. Their dog, Chano, rounds out the crew as the family’s beloved sidekick.
Born and raised in Utah, Marci’s Mexican Filipino heritage is a cornerstone of her identity. It taught her to value faith, family, and resilience—and those lessons show up in everything she does.
Her favorite place? The sidelines. Whether it’s cheering on her kids at the ball field, supporting a local cause, or mentoring another woman through a financial crossroads—Marci shows up.
And that’s exactly why she was chosen as Woman of the Month.
She doesn’t just represent community—she builds it.
She joined EmpowerHER Life for connection and found something deeper: “This is more than a network. It’s a sisterhood. A place where we pour into each other and grow together.”
Marci, thank you for leading with love. For serving with integrity. For reminding us that when women support women, incredible things happen.
You are a force—and we’re proud to celebrate you.
